I founded Kiko Talent with a simple belief: exceptional teams create meaningful outcomes.

After moving into early childhood education recruitment in 2023, I quickly recognised the profound impact that great hiring has on centre performance, team retention, and the families those organisations support. It was here that I found my true passion for recruitment.

With over 7 years of recruitment experience, I have led high-volume and hard-to-fill hiring across fast-paced, compliance-driven environments— developing a deep understanding of the pressures organisations face when building and retaining quality teams.

As Kiko Talent grows, that same passion is expanding into paediatric allied health—supporting organisations whose work plays an equally critical role in child development and family outcomes.

Kiko Talent was created to combine that experience with a more specialist, relationship-led approach to recruitment—helping organisations hire with greater confidence, quality, and long-term success.
